I've found a problem that might be happening with most cases: If you stream any app with your phone through your Miibox, and then reduce the sound via your phone, the Miibox will reduce its sound and there's no way to raise it back up again without using your phone. So before factory reset, I would suggest connecting your phone by streaming a Youtube video to your mibox, and then raising up the volume in your phone. It fixed my problem perfectly, and it would probably work doing a factory reset, just because it would reset this problem.

I dont use sound bar, just Sony internal TV repro and turned off surround (there is no PCM) and no sound is coming out.
