Full Interview: Carl Icahn on Fed Policy, Activist Investing and McDonald's

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn, chairman of Icahn Enterprises, says the Federal Reserve stimulus will "end relatively badly" and warns against making near-term predictions about the markets. He also calls activism the best approach to investing and explains his criticisms of McDonald's Corp. and the federal government. He speaks with Bloomberg's Erik Schatzker, Taylor Riggs and Romaine Bostick.

Everything about Tesla is crazy! The battery life, the tail lights, the interior etc. Tesla stocks is the best of them all! I have always hoped to invest in Tesla stocks one day but the thought of doing so without enough knowledge of the stocks market makes the whole thing less attractive to me. One cannot afford to lose any money in this pandemic era

I like this Carl guy. Also I like it that he never wanted to go hunting. It’s not that he’s against hunting because he understands that it’s ok if that’s somebody’s thing. But hunting isn’t for him which tells us something about the man. He’s got compassion. I like his common sense approach to business that’s made him successful. He’s a down to earth real person who deserves to be liked. I don’t know if he believes in God or not or whether he’s an agnostic or an atheist. But I find it odd the way people are so overly fixated on their own thing, whatever that might be, however God never even gets a mention. Yes our thing is important but to hide the fact that God is and always will be much more important, by blowing only our own trumpet, is actually a weakness that shouldn’t be there.

I know this is a show and the anchors are meant to guide the dialog, but I really do enjoy hearing people like Mr Ichan just speak his mind without much interruption.

The audible tone of the anchor though seems like he's opposing Mr Ichan and not just having a friendly discussion. I don't like that.

pigs are amazing animals i had 2 who were just so affectionate and alert great with their family. I boycotted MacDonald's 20 years ago. Also they do not have your health in mind with the food quality.

One of the downside of index investing is that the voting of shareholders is left to companies such as Vanguard, Fidelity, Invesco, iShares and they likely do not have the resources to vote at shareholders meetings nor make proposals. This leaves CEO's and CFO's able to give themselves increased wage increases as they please.

I love the grounded reality of this channel..I believe < that the inflation is already priced in crypto market since the end of last year. These manipulative rats are always 2 steps ahead of everybody because they are market makers. I hope I’m wrong and they won’t keep dumping it on retail investors as always. Those who hold the longest will profit the most, I trade and hold profits keep up the great work! and also Romet Eno has been doing a great job reviewing all chart, trade and techniques on BTC which has enhance the growth of my portfolio to 20 BTC lately.
