True ultra instinct is a technique not a transformation as stated by whis, goku was only able to achieve this form through transformation, which is why goku was only able to perform this with drawbacks, he has not truly reached this technique yet and is only on the beginners stage, its basically like Kao Ken for goku when it’s as simple as breathing for whis and other angels

Just because it has a criteria to follow like having ki signatures doesn't make it BETTER. In the Granola the Survivor Arc (Best arc name in DB history, fight me), Goku may be able to use "Mastered" Ultra Instinct, but hasn't fully mastered it, as he needed to find his own path for it, hence the time limit—it's a last resort. Besides, not having a ki signature automatically makes your form stronger, because if only gods can sense you, you've reached divinity. As for the drawbacks, I kind of see your point? Mastered Ultra Instinct in its early stages can deliver massive strain, while Beast doesn't. But out of the 4-5 facts you listed, this is the only one you got right.
