Speaking of how watching anime sucks on netflix, one piece just cuts off at episode 517 and it just continues into episode 1000 so youll get massivley spoiled by autoplay

Apparentely, "Komi Can't Communicate" also suffered the same problem, because the narrator is an integral part of the story since our protagonist Komi, well, can't communicate.

As such, a lot of text boxes are used, but Netflix didn't bother to translate them.

Yeah, I was watching Death Note on Netflix and there was a scene that required the reader to be able to read the Japanese text on a piece of paper. It was important because everyone's reactions were super shocked and I could never find out how it fit into the story because I never knew what it said.

I also heard that Saiki K’s dub was actually really good, but only Season’s 1 and 4 were dubbed, and the main character’s VA was recast for Season 4.

I've rewatched saiki k 4 times and I can say it's a great anime very funny but the subtitles are insane.

LUKE I SWEAR WHEN THEY ADDED JJK WERE THEY LIKE TOO LAZY TO ADD SEASON 2 AND WHEN THEY ADDED SEASONS 2-5 OF MHA WERE THEY TOO LAZY TO ADD SEASON 6 AND ALSO STOP DELETING ALL THE GOOD AND CLASSIC ANIMES LIKE I SWEAR THEY DELETED ALL THE NARUTO STUFF💀💀💀💀

Netflix is the worst they treat their Originals horrible they don't spend enough money on the anime department I'm still waiting for the next season of Children of the Whales, Kakegurui, High Rise Invasion and 7 Seeds 😅

Another problem with Netflix subs that I noticed is that usually they just put the dub lines instead of directly translating the Japanese

Agreed! But also I have a bone to pick with the cc. Netflix doesn't match the cc to what the dubs are. I have both APD and dyslexia, I have to use both to understand whats said at times, which does no good when the subtitles don't match 😭

That's not even including the fact a lot of the anime they release are in batch releases instead of weekly. There are only 2 exceptions from what I know, being Komi-san and Dungeon Meshi.
