I've been inside the Phuket Sandbox Scheme for one week now and in this video I answer the question, was it all worth it?

This, is my Phuket Sandbox experience after one week here on the island of Phuket.

Applying to get into the Phuket Sandbox Scheme is certainly not a simple task. Gone are the days of just booking your plane ticket and accomodation.

To get into the Phuket Sandbox Scheme, you will need to apply of your COE into Thailand which requires all kinds of documents including Thai covid insurance, pre-booked PCR tests and accomodation in a registered SHA Hotel.

I've heard a few people saying that coming to the Phuket Sandbox Scheme is not worth the hassle!

In this video, I talk about my first 7 days inside the Phuket Sandbox and share some advice to those people who are considering coming to the Phuket Sandbox Scheme for a holiday.

So, it's a nice chilled-out atmosphere at the moment! Brilliant, absolutely can't wait to get there in a few weeks time! I've also been a frequent visitor for the last 12 years and I'm very excited to have a month of bliss, escaping the doom and gloom of England.

There isnt a lot of red tape and it's worth it to come here if you have a reason to visit ie family business etc as a tourist don't waste your time at the moment cant even get a beer in my hotel room. But can go but one in 7 eleven

Great update, My family and I are set to arrive on August 10th. hoping it holds on as I am in China currently and my family will be coming from the US. just waiting on final approval for the COE. flight and hotel on Bang Tao beach booked!

For 99% of vacationers....traveling to Thailand isn't a good idea right now. I suspect the covid and business situation in Thailand will not seem any major improvements until the latter part of '22. Additionally, the entire world needs to get a better handle of the coronavirus along by way of herd immunity, proper vaccinations, and comprehensive scientific and medical understanding of the virus.

I understand the people that return to their lives back in Thailand has to jump through so many you have to be totally idiot to think about making holiday in Thailand right now.
Too many loophole and expenses for a sandy if you get by any chance positive in Covid-19 your holidays and your life will be in total chaos 10.000 kilometers away from your home and common sense.
There are many countries with more beautiful beaches than Thailand in the Mediterranean and they are having business as usual with excellent quality of products and services.
Thailand is about the thrills and the atmosphere of the nightlife the crazy lifestyle and the vibes.
If it is only a beach and everything looks like a ghost town sorry it's not a holiday destination any more.
