I went to scho with someone from Westfield we are jersey kids. But he told me a story of a werido stalking a house whenever he went to work in the early hours but once the word spread around he stopped seeing the weirdo. He lived on the same block as the house

I think its the guy that made the sandwich in the new kitchen. He said something about the 20 years and stuff and in the first or second letter the watcher says that hes been watching the house for 20 years. The sandwich guy said that at the end of the 20 years theres always terror going on. I dont know if anybody understands my theory but still

Years ago before this came out I was researching about this and I could not find who did it and that made me think of why and who like if the house was owned by a family why can’t I find a family tree I forget the names I gave up but I think I might try again.

But the family never moved in the house and received the letters before they were going to move in and that’s why they didn’t move in.

I honestly think its pearl who is the watcher, she was very suspicious and in the tunnels. She also said ‘im watching you’ i know the other neighbours also said it but that still leads me to believe it’s pearl. She also at the end of the last episode greets the new neighbours acting like nothing happened.
