Показать описание
In this 4 minute tutorial we will teach you how to make a figure torso body vase. This clay can be air dried or fired at a kiln.
First, we begin with the pinch pot method before joining, molding and scoring our pieces together.
Crockd is a creative mindfulness brand on a mission to get the world out of their heads and into their hands!
This week we’re bringin' some body positivity to the table and making a body/figure vase! The room for customization here is truly endless - shape your figure vase into any body type you’d like.
Our kits are 100% beginner friendly and so are our Youtube tutorials.
All you need to get started:
- Clay
- Pottery Tools (or kitchen cutlery)
- A bowl or cup of water for your fingers
- A cutting board to contain a bit of mess is optional!
You also don’t need access to a kiln!
You can air dry your pieces for 48 hours, then paint with acrylic paint for an uber cute decorative piece OR
Take them to a kiln to be fired for some ahhhmazing waterproof and food-safe creations (after 7-10 days of drying).
Hot tip! Carve your initials or a signature into the bottom of your piece so it can be identified as YOURS (especially if you’re takin it to a kiln).
