Red spicy Smooth Salsa:🌶
-8-10 Roma tomato’s
-3 garlic cloves
-8 to 10 chili de Arbol
-3 California chili pods
-Salt and garlic salt to taste

Add about an inch of water to a pot. Add in Roma tomatoes after you’ve clean them and cut the tops off. Throw in chilies making sure to remove any stems and garlic. Cover with lid and boil until tomato skins are wrinkly. Pour out any liquid that may be in the pot and put aside. Add in the salt and blend everything together.
