Recipe:
Sourdough Discard Cinnamon Swirl Bread
DRY INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
WET INGREDIENTS
* 8 tablespoons butter melted
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 2 large eggs
* 3/4 cup sourdough discard
CINNAMON SWIRL for the layers
* 1 tablespoon cinnamon
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
GLAZE (OPTIONAL) wait for it to cool! 1/2 cup powdered sugar1 tablespoon water1/8 tsp vanilla
Bake on 350F for 60-70 minutes!
