How to fix Missing Language Bar from taskbar

just open RUN dialogue box.
Type ctfmon.exe and press enter.... tadaaaa.. your language bar appears on taskbar. time saved

if this didn't help, i think i have a solution may works :
1.go to settings then go to time and language
2.go to region and language then go add some languages by clicking on the button "add language"
this worked for me, it must be working for you

thanks you helped me a lot, but now i have problem with viewing Georgian language in chrome - i can only see squares. do you have any idea what is causing this?
