Did I hear him correctly, are we supposed to fill out a PIREP while flying? I've read and heard that you are supposed to spend 90% of the time looking outside the cockpit and 10% of the time looking inside the cockpit at instruments, not filling out forms. Wouldn't filling out a form while flying be very unsafe?
