How to dance at concerts and festivals! In this video, I will show you a very very simple and versatile dance move you can do at just about any festival to any music. Once you get this move down, you'll be able to blend into the crowd with NO problem at all! This move has 2 different variations.

I love these comments, it’s like a support group for bad dancers. Thing is, I am quite old and never been good at dancing and still feel awkward at concerts. One thing that helps my enjoyment is to really focus on the band and to force it on to be a core memory. I really works for me. My memories of concerts are all good because of this. And also go see Coldplay because anything goes and the audience are a mix of first timers, families, loners, everyone. Remember no-one is looking at you. And it’s ok to feel the way you do, your personality is like it is because the people around you need you to be you. Emotional intelligence is a skill that cannot be learned so you already have a super power, you don’t need the dance skill ☺️
