For anyone looking to do this conversion with a scope rod, you can get the 3rd axis adapter for a single or double pin Fast Eddie, then the Triple Stack base will fit a standard sight rod that you would normally purchase to mount a UV3. I believe its about the same price as the kit they showed here, but with a lot less adapters, and ability to mount different scopes in the future.

I’ve been watching your videos for a while now, I just found out you have a podcast, and it’s awesome thanks for the content and hard work

there is a guy on facebook that also sells a 3d printed scope ring that goes around the front of the scope which gives you a cleaner sight picture if you don't like the current one with the UV3, it also comes with a torque ring if you want to use it. I also put purple lock tight on the set screws on mine and I haven't had a single issue with them vibrating loose. cant wait to see the tac video!!

The uv3 was a hit! Everyone likes it and is running it.

I also shoot the UV3 on the Fast Eddie XL single pin(VXR28) and found that my 3rd Axis, after swapping scopes, was off by about a half bubble. Also, instead of removing the scope rod from the Fast Eddie scope, I purchased the shrewd scope rod and keep it on the UV3 scope and the original rod on the Fast Eddie. Then I can swap 'em back and forth easily. Great video!

For the loc tite use really hot water works great and you dont have to worry about a flame.

Awesome quick video of a DIY improvement. I myself am looking into getting either a triple stack, a dual pin or single pin slider. I currently have a static 5 pin from Black Gold that cost $150. It’s also a left hand model, which are hard to find. I can shoot standard block targets with white or black dots just fine, but when I put a 3D deer 🦌 target out there with no point of aim references the pins cover up most of the deer 🦌 even at 25 yards. Causing me to have target panic and shooting low or complete miss under.
I have never used a vertical stack sight or single pin slider type sight before, but with a clearer field of view I believe that will help me.

Hey Dan, saw in the video you pulled the 3rd indicator from the triple stack once you installed the UV3. A suggestion for you would be to leave the 3rd indicator in for the use of the top of your bubble for any extreme distances you may need

Dan you can use the Spot Hogg double pointer pin. Chris Bee said in one of his review videos of the 2 pin UV3 that it was designed to be exactly the same as the Spot Hogg vertical 2 pin.

since you have the 3 indicators, what about setting your "3rd pin" at the top of the level? I figure that would get you a little more on your sight tape when you run out of clearance :)

great video, another (off season) thing you can do if not married to an arrow set up is going to 4 low pro vanes vs 3 normal hight in the 2 down 1 up position.... it gives you a pretty good amount more clearance to the scope and same vane surface area.

Love this type of content from you guys, i was considering this sight scope a couple months ago. Gonna upgrade the bow first this year after my shoulder injury heals up good, then go from there 🤙🏼💪🏼👊🏼

Just did my fast eddie tripple stack also but got the sight block adapter and ultraview scope rod for 30$ at nock on archery. Turned out solid and looks clean.

I never though about the size of scope for the triple stack. I will have to take a look at that first before buying the housing. Can't do illumination in Oregon unfortunately.

Another tip is to use the third indicator to match up with the top of the level for a little extra range.

I like it, I am still getting my sight tape figured out. if it looks like I don't get over a hundred, I may have to go this route. Great video, hope I get a chance to meet you at TAC

I have my UV3 mounted to my HHA Tetra Max with the new HHA adapter and I love it!! Next week's announcement by HHA is going to be even better for this set up. I prefer the HHA Tetra over the Fast Eddie for the simple fact of being able to swap out different yardage wheels for different arrow specs...you can't do that with a Spot Hogg.

This is awesome! I have been very, very interested lately in going to that Ultraview sight! Been trying to find a cost effective option that still had micro adjust. Don't really want a target setup because I like the faster bigger range wheel. Not an easy thing to accomplish. It honestly looks like the Spot Hogg is the best option, but still looking. Running a black Gold right now, but no micro adjust Ann's the back and forth drives me bonkers!
