Ahem - - the title definitely suggests we'd be receiving details about the MU communications. This was 100% hand-waving.

As a retired locomotive engineer, your video only confused the non railroad employee. And you couldn't find one north American railroad to film? And the two employees sitting on the track in on the phone standing in the gauge would either be fired or dead.

Here's how MU works---Besides the air brake hoses, there is a 17 point "Jumper" cable between each loco. At one end pins 8 and 9 are reversed, on only the front of each loco pins 8 and 9 are reversed-- this is so a loco will know which direction to run regardless of which way it is facing in the consist--( Pronounced "CON-sist") there is no one on the trailing locos-- they all do what the lead loco does -- ex.- 8 locos -1 crew, Engineer and Conductor...

sorry but this video is somewhat confusing.
all was said is what is Multiple Units
but nothing was told on how exactly it works, how are locos connected to one another, what type of connectors are used etc

"Master locomotive"? You mean the "head end" locomotive.

Do they have people inside multiple locomotives or all of them are controlled just by one master locomotive and why some of them are connected opposite side, they should be like <----<---- <---- but they are like <--- <--- --->

Too much of blah blah blah and very little technical details. Not worth subscribing.
