The argument is too many people locked up for non violent crimes or crimes with no victim. Then these non violent prisoners are not being protected from violent prisoners so they are robbed, beaten and raped. Mandatory minimum sentencing is a problem too.

Not a popular idea, but I think our current prisons are diabolical. Use our death penalty and allow the rest in prison to have outdoor air. It's inhumane to lock up a human in a cell! Put them to work.

Please please please let me debate these guys it would be a great video and I can give them some push back to the things there saying. Because there’s things that they simply can’t see from there prospective that need to be addressed.
