I lost my 2.4ghz dongle on my Vxe R1(non pro version) Will this dongle work? since it was indicated on the spec sheet that with aftermarket dongle it will push up to 2k polling rate

I get all the way to the pairing part where it loads, but doesnt seem to pair up, it recognizes the 4k dongle and everything, any ideas?

Is the 4k dongle only for pro and pro max? or It can also be used for moba? I was thinking of getting the VGN F1 Moba with the 4k dongle but I'm not sure if the 4k dongle would work with it.

Just a heads up that the VGN Hub version 2.3.4 works without running into any bugs (Windows 10).

FOR ALL PEOPLE WITH 4K DONGLE UPDATE PROBLEM. 2.3.5 works with pairing but not with updating the dongle, for that you will need to download the Vesion that is mentioned in the Video and get it paired there, because it will force "2x" updates for the dongle than it will work again!

Is there universal software for these Pixart 3395 mouse (I see someone commented about this in one of your video)? the option in vgn software is kinda lacking compared to pulsar software (since im coming from the pulsar x2)

I have tried to do so as shown in the video but it's not working. Whenever I start the 4K dongle pairing process it gets stuck on a loading screen and won't continue. I'm wondering if those of us who can't get it to pair received faulty 4K receivers.
