HI for everyone who experienced any issue with their Aula F75 Pro/ non-pro version. Try updating the firmware after you've unbox the item, currently I'm using firmware v11.0.0 and software version of v2.0.0. Download the software in Epomakers page, not in Aula official page.

In order to shut down the charging light bar you can use
FN+Left shift to switch between 2 modes or on/off

Hello thx for the video and I have a problem. In the software I can change rbg to react to sound under the effects tab. But it goes away when I close the app. Is there any way to do it so the rgb effect will stay the same even if the app doesn't work in the background?

i have a issue wit the F75, to actually use the F1 key I have to press FN+F1, if I press F1 by itself it changes the brightens, is there a way I can make it be backwards?

Hello there, is anyone facing the same issue with me? My multifunction roller is not working. I hold for 3-10 seconds, nothing changed. I can’t even adjust volume

For some reason the white rgb for the entire keyboard doesn’t work anymore. I then switched to another rgb setting, then sometime later it stopped working as well. As I cycle through the different rgb choices, all of them except those two work. Then it happened a third time. Anyone know why? It’s maybe a setting I picked, but it’s not lit I dimmed the lights of anything, and it’s just for those specific rgb choices. I don’t have the software rn but maybe once I do I’ll be able to use the white light again

Update: I got the lights I want with the software but that’s still pretty weird

Hi guys I got mine today but the volume knob is not working...it's like its not registering the scroll...but the knob button is working...tried changing modes but for each mode knob scroll is not working but button is....soo is it a hardware issue should I return it?
