Honestly, Jason's mother would want to have the camp shut down for... really understandable reasons.
On the other hand, with Jason as a councilor, the place has pretty much improved by my standards.
Let's be honest, if you almost died because two councilor's were having sex and the bullies pushed you into a lake because you can't swim then you'd be more then inclined to keep a high standard and a tight ship
(Also, Jason Voorhees as a boss would be awesome. Man gives you the ability to pet a goddamn bear... that's awesome as hell and nobody can deny that)
