Its definently fake, as someone who's had the displeasure of smelling thier own breath after not brushing a few days thanks to brace wax, I can confidently say that if he left it in for 5 years his breath would smell like a dead body, and when your breath smells so bad that you smell like a dark age peasant, people are gonna bring it up.
