How to Upload / Insert an IMAGE into DataBase using PHP Mysql

Here.. In this video.. The Uploading or inserting of an IMAGE is done in a Simple way... using PHP Code.

Note: in form tag please include.. enctype="multipart/form-data"..
bcz.. many of them miss this.. and Endup with Error.. image not storing into DataBase..
