Did this 3 times now and is really noticeable the difference the color got just like I wanted. Used this mixture in a gap of 3-4 weeks and applied a lot of moisturizer, I stayed 45 minutes on sun (about 30°C) and it worked really well. Remember to be REALLY careful about it getting on you skin cause it stains (I got a big one on my hand and it got 3 weeks to dissappear) I usually use a towel around my neck covering my body from sun

Although this can lighten your hair it can be really damaging to your scalp and cause issues for the skin so approach with caution 😁

I used to use lemon juice and sunlight to lighten my hair in elementary school. 😅
I like the oil part you added.
I stopped dying my hair in May 2022 after dying my hair most of my life with permanent hair colors and bleaches.
I wonder if this lemon juice and sunlight trick would bleach well with my silver streaks. 🤔

Actually lemon is good for the scalp for people with dandruff i used to have it snd i just mixed lemon juice with warm coconut oil you apply it and it will itch if you have scratches all over your scalp but anyways go out or somewhere with sunlight to yk like dry your hair or smth and after thirty mins wash it the results were good for my hair but just in case ask someone else as well

This can only work if a) you don’t dilute the lemon juice and b) your hair is exposed to a hot sun for a while, you may need to repeat. At least if you have dark hair, I actually did it as a teen

I did this with my brother cuz I wanted to try natural bleach and I did it sat outside for 15-20 mins and it worked! My hair has multiple highlights and it’s soooo cute!!

This is also a great way to get skin burns all over your hands, neck and scalp. I've heard so many scarry stories from lemon juice and skin I won't get near it.

I just did it, I added water and the exact same oil as he did. But I it’s 11pm and I just added rice water and deeply blown dried my hair and my hair was beautiful and luscious. So I just made a big mistake..
