Her technique is perfect. She mixed perfectly her registers in order to the meaning of the lyrics... People who think she's not a good singer are just not sensible to all the shades that the human voice can have. She uses a lot of tones and colors, and sometimes the color can even be a sharp or flat tone.

Ok I've seen several "lives" and a fundamental difference I see between her and other artists is that she's not performing a song. She's trying to share *herSelf* with the audience.
