18:40 In the 638.0 workshop manual (1986) it's 25:1 for running in and 33:1 for normal running (to prevent oil starvation of the centre crank bearings). I've always run my Jawa 632, 634 & 638 engines at 33:1 and the the crank centre bearings last for over 50, 000 kilometres.

On nalil do nádrže olej, a pak benzín z kanystru. To si jako myslí, že se mu to promíchá???? Žasnu přímo!!!! Jako kdyby nemohl ten olej kápnout do kanystru a párkrát ho otočit vzhůru nohama.
Neuvěřitelné!!! Asi nikdy nejezdil delší dobu dvoutaktem

You missed out the front engine mounting rubber protection block, which stops the mounting plate welds cracking from the excessive vibes from the 638 engine. I have a 632.1 that I installed a 638 engine into, without the protective block, and it cracked the front mounting plate weld on the frame after 10 months. I haven't gotten around to repairing it yet.

9:50 Failing to remove the brushes before installing the alternator stator is a mistake that many have made, including myself. One only breaks the brushes this way once, then the lesson is learnt.

I've always set the timing to the 2.8mm. BTDC upper limit on all my Jawa & CZ twins, because t gradually wears down to 2.5mm. BTDC.

Nie je veľmi čo dodať, nech slúži!
Uhol pohľadu, ale ja nepoužívam papierový filter.
Ani predkopy.
Budíky, teda palubovka je zo 640-ky.
A čo tam je vľavo na kraji, teplomer ?
Kde je zapojený? Ako? Má to reálne výpovednú hodnotu?

Pozor! Väčšina moderných 2T olejov je predriedená.
Aj tento.
Treba dať viac, nad rámec predpísaného pomeru, bez rozdielu na režim, zábeh alebo bežná premávka. Cca tak o 10-15 %

Ahoj. Pecka! Super celá série!!! Prosím tě, ty obrázky (převodovka, atd.) Z jaké to máš knížky? Žiju v zahraničí. Snažím se na svých 350-639 dělat všechno sám, ale nemám žádnou příručku. co se týče demontáže motoru.

Jestli ti muzu poradit s tou nadrží zkus ji vylit kyselinou citronovou s horkou vodou a pak to vylej barvou na nadrze

Gas tanks can be cleaned with Coke Cola. White vinegar (a solvent of iron) also works, but not as good as Coke Cola.

Pour a 2 litre bottle of Coke Cola into the gas tank and leave it for 24 hours. The phosphoric acid dissolve all the rust.

IMPORTANT!! Don't drink the Coke Cola from the gas tank afterwards even though it will probably taste better than Pepsi Max.
