Sounds like dysgraphias symptoms are because a person with adhd inattentive does not pay attention to the tension in their hands and body. Their attention is on their own mind/head, and far from the body (somatosensory). Tension then also builds up in other muscles in the body like their chest, causing stress and anxiety from unreleased body tensions. They need to relax their hands and bodies by paying more attention to bodily sensations (somatosensory).

I am dyslexic, 2/3d’s of the time, when I am typing, same as when I am writing, I will reflexively type the wrong letter, or word or right the wrong letter/word in a split second as if my brain is doing it without my control. (glitching) Frustrating. So technology doesn’t make it any better. Except for talk texting sometimes.

Thanks. I'm now 68 years old buy boy did I have trouble in school. ADHD/Dysgraphic
