I was looking for a replacement for my Vanguard travel backpack when I saw this fine- looking and almost new Forclaz 100 40l backpack which was originally priced at €20. I immediately looked it up in Google and YouTube for reviews and I read that it was a great 40l pack for traveling. I went back the next day to buy it and fortunately, it was still there, sitting on the shelf. I inspected it, and it was fine so I went to the cashier to pay for it. To my surprise, the shopkeeper even reduced it to €18. Oh, nice, so I bought it and looked forward to using it for my day out with my wife. Oh my, one of the best purchases I made, the pack was spacious and easy on my shoulders! The materials used for the bag were truly excellent. Happy to have found and purchased one!

I wish forclaz has a compactment for laptop and electronic gears cause the travel Forclaz 60l has everything I want of a backpack but yet, no laptop padded pocket.

I bought Forclaz 40L recently. The sales executive in the Decathlon store told me that the backside pouch is not for keeping laptop and it is for keeping water bladder. Keeping laptop in the pouch may break the screen from the pressure of the back steel rod/stick. I want to know your experience of carrying laptop in the pouch. Thanks.

How small are your shoes?! My trail shoes only just fit in that compartment - yours went in so easily. I'm a UK size 11.5. I wish that shoe compartment was a bit bigger. It's so difficult to squeeze mine in.
