Mine is a disaster and regret buying it. Or else I'm using it wrong. The plastic is scraping on the floor when using and it keeps flipping over when mopping. When wringing I kept pressing the spin and it spin like he'll but no water was squeezing out. Had to to this by hand. It drove me crazy after first use so I went back to my regular mop and bucket.

Is the entire handle supposed to spin as well. I’ve only tried it dry to see how it works. Box was open when I purchased. Just wondering if I got a dud

Est il possible de remplacer le manche qui est brisé. Le morceau qui permet de faire rouler ne fonctionne plus. Une réponse serait apprécié.

Handle won’t get long enough, takes forever to pump water out to make it semi dry enough pail too large and heavy .piece of crap. Videos explain nothing you don’t already know
