Thank you! Had a new mop head sat down for MONTHS.... as I'd tried to take the old one off with my hands pulling and twisting to no avail and today sorted with two feet! Lol

Thank you for the advice, after trying everything, stood on the red bit, mop head came straight out BUT it snapped off the grey bits inside! Fortunately I still had an old handle with the push button release.

had to look very carefully, there was a bright downward arrow drawn on the bag with the broom drawing. Now I understand what it means 😂😂😂.

Doesn't have mop head removal instructions on item packaging...I Had to YouTube it to find out...disappointing really because not everyone has the internet and If I didn't have this available to me I wouldn't of known what to do.
I've to still use the product.

this new way of replacing the head and the new attachment is not good at all, the old attachment on the mop pole with the red release button was soo much better 5 star.But this new one has snapped on me twice.Very disappointed

I bought the mop head without the handle as I had another vileda I use for wiping down my walls. I thought all items would fit the same pole but that is not the case. Total waste of money.

It's pretty bloody bad when there needs to be a YouTube video demonstrating how to remove the head don't you think??

The old design was much better with the red button to release.

R&D team really messed up with this one!

Instead of spending money on videos, why not put a simple graphic of the packaging of the replacement head?
