Error connecting ch341a in windows 10 with ch341a software programmer

This happened cause the problem in my case was because wrong driver installed, make sure the driver is right and work properly.

The driver for this is parallel driver not usb to ttl, thats another driver when we changed the jumper for usb to ttl.

the problem is that onces device is pluged windows 10 detects the device then automatic updates serial CH341 without chance to install parallel, manual doesnt respond either.
