I remember my daughter, years ago, asking why we couldn’t have a family like the LaBrant’s. I told her, most of these families are totally different behind the camera, having zero clue that I was spot on. Seeing them made me feel inadequate as a mom. When I found out what they were up to, I didn’t feel so bad. My house is messy and unorganized, but my children are not exploited, I don’t have babies for views, my oldest isn’t a third parent/forced adult engaged in child labor, and I don’t exploit my religion for money. I’m doing okay considering.

I’m a huge Christian and I CANNOT STAND when people use their belief to manipulate. Preying on vulnerable people IS NOT CHRIST LIKE. And his point about “if it’s not Christian I don’t want to support others with different beliefs” how terrible. My church works with other religions all over the world because together we can do more good. Just because someone doesn’t believe exactly what you do doesn’t mean they don’t also do good in the world. This whole thing makes me sick to watch because it’s so far from how a Christian should act.

Oh my God. I live in Africa and this stupid product has been pitched to the parents of people who are sickle cellers(a genetic condition that mostly affects Africans). They've preyed on me and my parents before claiming it would "cure sickle cell disease".
I'm so glad I know about MLMS now. I can also educate people on how to avoid these scammy companies. Thanks Hannah
