Heres a tip- add some thin lines curving away front the end of the arm to show the air moving out of the way

Also, make the character move a bit further forward than that to emphasize the inertia

You shouldn't just make him go in for the punch, you should make him lean back and then go in for the punch so you know where the power in that punch came from. And for it to look more realistic, hoped that helped
