The most irritating thing is I believe that Jake wants to be taken seriously, but entirely on his terms. He wants the clout and respect of a real fighter, but without the risk of being pummeled by some genuine warrior in the ring. His whole online image is about projecting success. He wants/needs the Disney movie/ WWE ending where he's the hero and the hero comes out on top. Also, he can't afford to be beaten into a grease spot and then move into his next happy go lucky online scam without it negatively affecting his business.
