I have been thinking for a long that to take partial profits on mt4 we have to place two trades with half of our actual lot and then close one half to take partial profit, . Thanks bro!

Pls @SK I have a question here, if u reduce ur lot size while the trade is still running won't it affect the profit u've made already. Like u entered trade wit 1 lot and it's already in profit of over $100. Won't reducing the lot size reduce the amount of profit u've already thereby leaving u with smaller profit?
