One player does NOT make a team. When a team is good is when they all playing as a team and not just one player out there trying to hold the game. There are many college teams that are NOT playing that way. SAd to watch because they come up short.

Wonder what her shooting percentage was. She scored a lot but she also took a lot of bad shots and missed. The entire team has a bad attitude when they get behind. The whined the entire second half about a lot of "obvious" fouls.

There was an NBA playoff game between the Bulls and the Celtics ( in 1987 I think) where Jordan scored 63. A record by anyone against the Celts. And the Bulls still lost. Caitlin will have to get her team involved if she wants to win consistently. If the rest of the team is so bad they can't score, then they better get new players. Paige Bueckers gets as many assists as most guards, and scores better than most forwards. But in that process she challenges each team member to step up their game. Now with her out the team is stepping up. Most assists in the country, and Azi Fudd is the 4th or 5th highest scoring player in college basketball. And they are unbeaten.

But most of the starters score in double figures each game, so the other team has to guard everyone. Very hard to do.
