I'd have to agree with DaGaNfollowyourmind,
The 550d is a great, low budget DSLR for video. It gives you more options when shooting (24fps/30fps/60fps) and also has an external microphone hook up.

i use 550d i think that 550d/600d is the best low budget dslr for video

The Nikon D90 is much more expensive that is why the 550D feels like it is made cheaper because it is made cheaper. Plus the Nikon D90 is a semi-professional camera and the 550D is a beginner level camera. So if you want a camera for a thousand dollars go a head and spend that but i am getting the t2i and that does what i need it to do.
