I truly appreciate him as a martial artist and a movie star but what he did to his first wife and daughters is so wrong. I read in an article that he left her when she was seven months pregnant with their second daughter to be with Nina Li Chi. He asked for divorce via a phone call. Then he abandoned them and didn’t give them enough money. She had to move to basement of a neighbour with their two daughters cause the house went on mortgage. All the while jet li spent money lavishly on Li Chi and paid for all her debts. Then he took his daughters to China and asked his mother to raise them. Daughters grew up without their mother or father present in their lives..
