Donald Trump has declared victory in the 2024 US presidential election, telling jubilant supporters at his campaign HQ in Florida “we made history”.
The Republican is projected to win the battleground states of Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia, leaving Kamala Harris with only a narrow path to victory. He said: “America has given us an unprecedented and powerful mandate.”
