Vera Scroggins says calling someone names is "the final ploy of the desperate." This is the same woman who says "May we respect one another as much as possible as we pursue our particular beliefs and understanding." Hmmm...

I am anti drilling/fracking. Somewhat active in certain groups. However, I am appalled at the way Vera behaves. Her behavior, actions, language and statements of late have taken much away from the organization. She does not own her actions, nor accept responsiblity for what she has said or what she has written. I refer to the latest 'Veragate', the article in the Free Beacon. I wish to diassociate myself with Vera and her court jester, Mr. Huston..

I'll add another vote for "classy". She's reduced herself to throwing insults and foul language out in place of intelligent response to Phelims questions. Even if she disagrees with him, she's poorly represented her cause, and in fact put quite a negative image out there for the public to feast on.
