IT is a good solid product, charges well and is not that much bulkier than the cell phone holder that comes with the OM5. What I like about it most is that it is a double light which makes a softer light and softer shadows than a light with just one light source. It has 3 brightness settings. I bought it as a fill light under low light conditions or as a fill light for a back lit situation like an interview. It will fill shadows if there is cross lighting as well. So for bloggers if you are shooting yourself or someone else and the subject is moving, you will have a continuous fill light going on. I shoot food when traveling so it will fill the shadows under sunlight and provide light after the sun goes down.
