Rational Numbers should have been noted by the letter R, and Real Numbers by the letters

I don't understand why 0 is a rational number.  You can't put 0 into a fraction or a decimal.  0 is 0.  What am I missing?

Your on-screen calculator gave the wrong numbers for Pi. The first 10 digits of Pi is 3.1415926535, your calculator gave 3.141592654 as Pi. @Mathispower4u Good video though, very informative, thanks.
