Love my Quintana Roo PR five. They have the best customer service I did order a PR 4 but when the bike was not delivered in 2 weeks I called and they upgraded my frame to a PR 5 with no added cost. ($1000) The PR4 frames were not available so I got the free upgrade. AWESOME BIKE! They have been at all the big triathlons I have participated in if you take the bike by the tent they will run through it at no charge and tighten and lube it up. Kudos to Quintana Roo they guys there are always helpful.
