Both Shapovalov and Zverev are very talented. I can imagine watching these two play each other at Grand Slam finals in 2020 and beyond. It's exciting to watch these two hit amazing shots and chase down the ball for winners.

I seriously don't think we've ever had a better athlete than roger federer across all sports. What he's been able to accomplish is like none other. I feel so privileged to have grown up watching this god of sport play. Tennis will never be the same again when he goes that's just a fact.

I'm rooting for this kid Shapovalov. I've been following him since he's played in no-name tournaments after he won the Juniors Wimbledon. Hope he doesn't let me down like Dimitrov

The (french)-Canadian crowd was just terrible in the Shapovalov-Zverev match - cheering when Zverev made double faults. When Zverev won the match you could hear crickets :-)

Why not to show the respect move from Sascha to Denis at the end pf the match?? Zverev has talent, works very hard and has a lot of respect to any player in the game. Let's see what happens tomorrow but Sascha is playing great for the past two weeks, he can beat Roger.

This audience was too silent at the end of the match. Just because the other was Canadian does not mean to give Zverev the silence treatment. I hope the Roland Garros mentality is not spreading.
