So, I’ve started and finished, on my first bottle of citranox, and recent blood work from my Dr, meaning cholesterol levels, have been amazing. Yea, they had me on those Cholesterol meds, but after recent results, I have been taken off.
Previously, my cholesterol level was 318! I have never had that high of a level, but conversely, it has never been below 200 with these meds! Guess what it was just 1 week ago? It was 127! That said, I am now eating clean, trying to get back to healthy again, and will do everything I can to get right! Thanks Doc, I appreciate you very much!

Zinc is a must for healthy male parts. Vitamin E 1200 IU daily. Eat celery you'll be surprised the next day. And Creatine. Try all, eat this daily. At 64 I can drive Willie into a telephone pole.😂 And exercise. stagnant bodies do not function well but the doctors and morticians love them.😂😂❤

A. Substances to use less of. But not necessarily avoid altogether.
B. Substances that are seemingly benign, but should be totally avoided!
(where does Coffee fall, in either of the 2 lists?)

I agree with everything on your list except # 10. Shell fish are acid forming and bad for your cells but all the fruits, vegetables and herbs are good for your cells.
