As much as I loved the movie when I first saw it, I LOVED the Netflix TV show. It made more sense for this adaptation to be a TV show than a movie as it's too difficult to cram 20 years into 2 hours. The TV show gave you time to invest in the characters and the story. Beautiful story. Love it!

They aged the characters in this version of One Day SO MUCH BETTER than the Netflix series 😂😂

They have this chemistry between them and Anna Hatthaway’s Emma is more elegant and amazing. I can see how she tried to repress her feelings for Dex in the scenes. And Dexter here seems like he’s sober and ready to make things right. 2024 Dexter just looks very sleepy all the time. I cant even see the chemistry between the main characters. The tv series makes me miss this movie.
