Eyes look different, lips look different, cheekbones too, and it's not due to weight gain because she's gained weight before without changing her face that way. I don't know how she is as a person, but it is supp to be about her image; some people might like the way she looks, some people might not, but there is no need to deny somebody's had procedures done to change their face, specially when it is so obvious. Is not like there's something wrong with it, is what she wanted to do so she did. So much drama for no reason.

As someone also with SLE Lupus... treatments and our whole lives are highly affected by the flare ups and everything that comes with it... physically, emotionally and Def mentally. Selena being able to keep the thriving in such a crazy industry, while looking healthy and taking care of she's truly gorgeous inside and out. Lupus is ive only been diagnosed for a few months and have faced many things id never want others to a couple yrs younger than me but I look up to her.
The body weight fluctuations are soooo real too.

My sister had lupus and it’s the medication that bloats the face and body….people are so immature and ignorant to her health issues. I’m glad she’s taking time for herself I’m gonna miss her 🥰

Ngl a part of me started to love my chubby body/small curves because of Selena. Seeing Selena just embrace her body for what it was instead of getting a BBL, trying to stay extremely skinny, thick thighs and big breasts, etc. was a fresh of breath air considering celebrities are ALWAYS bashed for their bodily appearance and Selena didn’t bother conforming to how society wanted her to look in their vision of her.
