From the trailer I can observe that, the yellow one could plant the spike (the planting sound), the blue one could make his aim better (helped in scoring the basket) and the purple on could help in locating enemies, somewhat like skye's dog. Don't know 'bout the green one but these abilities feels cool..

Yellow bird - Left click use stuns & right click use plants/defuses spike
Blue - Flashes enemies
Green - A molly which has a wind up time and one shot kills enemy inside it(lineup Larry's where you at? XD)
Purple(ult) - Guide it like Skye dog and on tagging enemies detains them like KJ ult
