Almost 70 years later and the roar is still iconic to this very day.

The Showa Godzilla roar is the timeless classic, but for a while, my favorite was the roar from Godzilla 1984/85 - it's like the Showa roar but with a lot of bass to it, the sound of a beast that will absolutely wreak havoc.

Then came Legendary and absolutely trumped everything before it for me. Although I do like the mix they used for Zilla '98.
