I struggle to feel any pity for some of the hacks and the schlock they produce these days. Such gems like "Rings of Power" and half of the worthless "representation first, story second" trash like Star Trek Discovery. And I'm not saying Representation is BAD... I am just tired of their half-baked "look at this char, they're ...." and there's literally nothing else to them. They're shallow, token portrayals. If these people had actual bloody skills, an AI wouldn't replace them. But they don't. And they know it.
