Frustrating that this feature isn't available on Document Libraries. The toggle is only visible when configuring a Multi-line Text field within a List, but not a Document Library. 😢

I noticed that when you copy and paste text within a RTF column/field Salesforce automatically sets the highlight color to white. How can I prevent this from happening or set the highlight color to "No color" after the fact like I can in Word?

Is there a way to copy and save images in the multiple lines of text? There seem to only be the option to link an image.
