1:05 Gwen Stacy asking "are you alright?" to the other girl and helping her up is actually great. It makes me really like and respect her character because it shows that not only she is beautiful and smart but also very caring and a kind-hearted person. ❤️💙

Every time I rewatch one of the classics & see Tobey swing while the music plays, I get chills every time. Reminds me of my childhood

Notice how the sound is utilized. The triumphant classic score is used. Then, the music fades out and the world becomes muted/quiet. You hear only the sounds of Spider-Man's effort, some environment noise, and Gwen's muted screams. Then the music comes back in/returns and crescendos to create impact and a sense of triumph/victory.

All three Raimi movies utilize silence to create higher impact of magnitude in a given situation.
Happens when the pumpkin bomb blows up in Peter's face in the first movie, when him and Doc Ock fall from the building side during the bank heist, when the car blows through the window of the café and Peter dives to save Mary Jane, when Harry throws Peter through an office building window and he almost loses Aunt May's ring, and when Peter returns the bomb into Harry's face during their second fight in the mansion. All those scene mute/dampen the sound before having a high impact return (in musical score and/or loud sound). You don't notice it if you don't look for it. But it literally makes the action so much more climactically powerful and cinematic. MCU could definitely take some notes.

That was the best part of the whole movie. How he avoided the debris, while also jumping off to accelerate his dive. Very well done.

This was a damn good movie. I hate how much undeserved hate it got. I think the only downside to many of the fans was Topher Grace as Eddie Brock. He was the only person who was not quite comic book accurate but I loved him as venom. You know how most people do they see one little thing that I hate that’s not comic book accurate and then they just gotta ruin the entire movie. The deer loved it the fence loved it the world loved it.
