In this corner we have the SHURE SM7B studio and broadcast quality dynamic microphone. It has a frequency response of 50Hz to 20KHz and a price tag of $400.

And in this corner we have the Rode Procaster, studio and broadcast quality dynamic microphone. It has a frequency response of 75Hz to 18KHz and a price tag of $230.

In this battle we will read an article about dynamic microphones from the Neumann website and seamlessly switch between the mics.

I use the procaster and find a tin-iness that I have to eq out, always. You can hear it here very well. It's around 500-1k Hz. Drives me crazy. But sounds great EQ'd.

The SM7B reigns here. It keeps all the bass notes in your voice, making it sound much warmer. A: SM7B, B: Procaster

I think sample A is RODE Procaster and I like it more than SM7B. Thanks for video. :D
